The name "Ashton" is homage to a venerable English pipe maker. The roots of Ashton began as a manufacturing collaboration with the renowned Fuente family, and has taken the brand to new heights of acclaim. In 1985, Robert Levin, the son of a Philadelphia tobacconist turned a dream of creating his own premium cigar brand into reality. More than 20 years later, with decades of comprehensive experience in all facets of the industry, the fruits of his knowledge are borne out in the consistently high quality of Ashton Cigars.
The Classic Series is famed for its unerring consistency. Buttressed by a seamless blend of 3-4 year old Dominican tobacco filler and enveloped in a light Connecticut shade wrapper, this medium intensity blend never disappoints. With a multiplicity of shapes and sizes, this is anything but a one size fits all line of cigars. The Cabinet Series is the finished product of an exacting seven-year process from seed to smoke. Its known as the White Burgundy of cigars, so-called for its process aging in French oak barrels producing a luscious, creamy taste. Presented in elegant cedar cabinets, the sticks 4-5 year aged blend of six, rich Dominican tobaccos is complemented by the milky flavor of an aged Connecticut Shade wrapper.
